When you make a booking with us we collect the name, address, telephone number and email address of the person making the booking.
We also collect credit or debit card details, to secure the booking as per our cancellation policy.
We will use your email address to send confirmation of the booking and we may
use your telephone number to contact you should we need to check the time of your arrival or similar issue.
All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us is stored securely. We
will not share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
We will not use your email or telephone number for marketing purposes.
To give you peace of mind we have extended our COVID deposit scheme until the end of October 2021. If you ‘Book Direct’ (over the phone) we will not charge a deposit.
Due to the current situation, we have had to change the way we operate. We now have the option of a self-check-in and self check-out system in place.
We have also invested in a new sanitizing machine which kills any virus.
We are offering a continental breakfast which will be delivered to your room, or you can book on a room only basis.
