When you make a booking with us we collect the name, address, telephone number and email address of the person making the booking.
We also collect credit or debit card details, to secure the booking as per our cancellation policy.
We will use your email address to send confirmation of the booking and we may
use your telephone number to contact you should we need to check the time of your arrival or similar issue.
All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us is stored securely. We
will not share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
We will not use your email or telephone number for marketing purposes.
We are currently closed to non key workers due to the latest national lockdown and hope to reopen from 17th May 2021. We are expecting our busiest season ever, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
To give you peace of mind we have extended our COVID deposit scheme until the end of restrictions. If you ‘Book Direct’ we will not charge a deposit.
Due to the current situation we have had to change the way we operate. We now have the option of a self check-in and self check-out system in place.
We have also invested in a new sanitizing machine which kills any virus.
We are offering a continental breakfast which will be delivered to your room. Or you can book on a room only basis.
